My research is mainly focused on elucidation of strigolactone biosynthesis pathways in maize and rice. By taking advantage of bioinformatic analysis based on omics data, molecular biology tools and analytical chemistry techniques, I aim to identify the biosynthesis pathways of the strigolactone in plants and their complicated roles in planta and ex planta.
